The facility was clean and modern, and the entire process felt very well-run. What stood out most was the level of care and attention. Traje a mi mamá a consulta con el Dr porque tenía dolor en sus rodillas y anteriormente se las habían infiltrado, pero el doctor fue el único especialista que a través de una revisión más exhaustiva llegó a la causa real del dolor, y a la vez le ayudó a que se aliviara! Considering leaving the country to seek orthopedic care was not an easy decision for me. However, once I forwarded my MRI to Dr. Gino, everything changed. Within 24 hours, I had an appointment scheduled and was able to meet with him through a comprehensive Zoom consultation. The amount of information, detail, and genuine concern he provided during that call was remarkable. I was amazed by how thoroughly he explained my condition and treatment options. Meanwhile, in the United States, I had spent nearly three weeks unable to walk and struggling to get the answers and care I desperately needed. From the very beginning, Dr. Gino and his team were responsive, professional, and compassionate. They made me feel heard, valued, and confident that I was finally on the right path toward recovery. Once I forwarded my flight information, their team immediately provided every detail I needed through WhatsApp, including the name of my driver, the make and model of the vehicle, and precise pickup instructions. The transition from the United States into Mexico was seamless and stress-free. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. My driver took me directly to Dr. Gino's office, where I was warmly greeted by his wonderful secretary, Karla, who was friendly, welcoming, and approachable. Before I knew it, I was meeting Dr. Gino in person. He reassured me that everything would go smoothly and carefully reviewed the surgical plan once again. The following morning, I was admitted to Hospital Blue and Medical Tower. Within the first hour, I completed blood work, an EKG, X-rays, a full medical evaluation, a consultation with the anesthesiologist, and finally another visit from Dr. Gino. He walked into my room with confidence and a smile and said, "Everything looks good. Let's get this knee fixed." My husband and I were absolutely shocked by the efficiency and level of care I received. Everything was organized, thorough, and patient-focused. I underwent ACL reconstruction using a hamstring graft along with repair of a bucket-handle meniscus tear. The cost included surgery, hospitalization, and an overnight stay with 24-hour nursing care—something that would have been difficult to imagine at a comparable cost in the United States. After discharge, my driver was already waiting downstairs as soon as I exited the elevator and took us back to the hotel. Speaking of the hotel—it exceeded every expectation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything someone recovering from surgery could need. It provided the perfect environment to rest and begin healing. Before flying home, I had one final follow-up appointment with Dr. Gino. He carefully examined my knee, reassured me that everything looked excellent, and answered all of my remaining questions. After a smooth drive back to San Diego, I was on a plane and home by 8:00 PM. Now, three weeks after surgery, Dr. Gino and his staff continue to check on me regularly. We have resumed follow-up appointments through Zoom, and I am currently attending physical therapy. I am incredibly grateful to be on the road to recovery and to have this injury behind me. If you have ever considered seeking medical care outside of the United States, I can confidently say that choosing Dr. Gino and his team in Tijuana, Mexico, was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The level of care, professionalism, communication, and compassion I received was truly elite and exceeded all expectations. Quiero felicitar a los doctores Brenda Delángel y Gino Antonio Perretta, por sus magníficas atenciones y excelentes tratamientos que me hicieron superar la dolorosa ciática que me impedía dormir y llevar una vida normal por los dolores y molestias. Los doctores Gino y Brenda son personas muy preparadas muy dedicadas , muy amables, te hacen sentir en confianza. En dos ocasiones me atendieron de un dolor intenso en mi hombro, que me impedia  mover mi brazo izquierdo y otra ocasión  fue de un dolor en mi pierna  que no me permitía estar de pie, el diagnóstico es llamado, "Síndrome de estrés tibial " gracias a sus tratamientos, terapias y medicamentos hoy me muevo normal sin ningún problema.
